He played a minor role in the episode.
When Virgil saw him with Bruce Wayne, Virgil made the connection with him and Batman.
Anansi
First Appearance: Static in Africa
He is Africa's greatest hero. He
has powers of illusion. He worked with Static to stop Osebo's plans to destry a dam.
Dr.Asuki
First Appearance: Static in
Africa
A professor at the University of Ghana.
He had found a map showing the location of an ancient palace. After Osebo's defeat he would begin to excavate these
ruins.
Batman
First Appearance: The Big Leagues
He came to Dakota to stop the Joker's new
gang. At first he did not respect Static that much, but eventually gained some more for him. After Static helped him defeat
Poison Ivy and Harley in Gotham, Static earned his trust. He would later show this when he suggested using Statics help to
power the Watchtower
Braniac
First Appearance: A League of
Their Own Pt. 1
When the Watchtower ran out of power, he
used that chance to take it over. He was defeated though by Static and Gear. He then took over Backpack. Afterwards he took
over Gear. He was finaly defeated by Static and teh Justice League.
Darcy a.k.a. Miss Moore
First Appearance:
Toys in the Hood
Darcy went undercover as a teacher to hide
from Toyman. He would find her however. She convinced him to give her a new body so she cold be with him forever.
This was a lie. All she wanted was to be Daisy and to have a real life. She was killed by Toyman in his rage.

This Justice League member liked having
Static and Gear around
Green Lantern
First Appearance: A League of Their Own Pt. 1
Like Hawkgirl and Martian Manhunter,
this Justice League member did not beleive Static was a good superhero. Later, he would change his mind.

that was not sure about having Static's help. After seeing him in action though, she came to like him

She was responsible for tricking Nails
into fighting for Poison Ivy and her. She was defeated by Static and Nails. She then went to jail with Poison Ivy.
Joker
First Appearance: The Big Leagues
When he had no money, he went to Dakota
and formed a gang of metahumans. He was stopped by Batman with the help of Static.
Lil Romeo
First Appearance: Romeo in
the Mix
He went to Dakota to be in one of Bernie
Rasts films. His favorite hero is Static. When he was in a Staitc costume, he was kidnapped by the Leech.
He was freed by Static and helped him defeat the Leech
Martian Manhunter

This Justice League member did not like
Static. Eventually though he came to accept him. He even suggested that Static would one day join the Justice League.
Osebo
First Appearance: Static in Africa
Anansi's arch rival. His body is like a
cats. His plans were foiled when Static helped Anansi defeat him
Poison Ivy

Nails
She worked with Harley to trick Nails into
stealing for them. She was defeated when Nails turned on her. Batman then sent her to jail.
Robin
First Appearance: The Big Leagues
He went to Dakota with Batman
to stop the Joker. He had an immediate liking of Static and thought he could do good things.
Shaquile O'Neal

Shaq
He was an old friend of Virgil's dad. He
is one of the few people that knows Static's real identity. He helped Static defeat the Ruffpack.

He went to Dakota to hunt down
Toyman. When he found out that Darcy was in Dakota, he offered to protect her. She refused and tricked him into
thinking Toyman was after him. He helped Static to stop Darcy and Toymans plans. He is now another one of Statics

create a new body for her. After realizing this, he destroyed her body, killing her. He was then sent to jail.

She was Shaq's over controlling
secretary. He would constantly try to sneak away from her
Morace Grant a.k.a. Soul Power
First Appearance: Blast From the Past
He was the superhero of the 70's. He got his powers from an
exploding transformer at Hoover Dam. His biggest foe was Dr. Menace. For years he thought he had died. He
eventually found out that he was alive. With Static's help, he was able to finally defeat him.
Dennis a.k.a. Dr. Menace
First Appearance: Blast From the Past
Soul Powers worst ememy. He hid out at the retirement home for years until
finally showing himself. After that, he was defeated by Soul Power and Static.
Phillip Rollins a.k.a. Sparky
First Appearance: Blast From the Past
Soul Powers sidekick. For years he helped Soul Power defeat villians.
Afterward, he worked for the government. When Dr. Menace came back, he decided to become Sparky one last time.

These men help Osebo carry out his evel deeds.

He was an outlaw physicist who wanted to help criminals escape to
the future through his time machine. His plans were foiled when Static helped Batman and Robin capture him.
Batman Beyond
First Appearance: Future Shock
Static met him when he went to the future. He helped Static
save the older Static from the Cobra. At first, he had an unliking to Static, but gradually began to like him.
The Jokers

These are members of gangs of future Gotham. They take after the Joker
in more ways than one.
Kobra
First Appearance: Future Shock
This is an organization of snake worshippers who want to take over the world.
When their leader was arrested, they captured the older Static to have a prisoner exchange. They were eventually defeated
by the younger Static, Batman Beyond and the older Static.
Onini
First Appearance: Out of Africa
This is a big python that worked with Osebo to find Anansi's golden spider.
Mmoboro
First Appearance: Out of Africa
A big insect that worked with Osebo. His powers included shooting green
lasers and breaking into hundreds of smaller versions of himself.
Sinestro
First Appearance: Fallen Hero
This man was once a Green Lantern who wanted to use his powers to control the
universe. He once stole the Green Lantern's powers. While impersonating him, he commited crimes on Earth, making
the Green Lantern look bad. His plot was eventually defeated by Static and the Green Lantern.
Karl Malone a.k.a. Pulverizer
First Appearance: Hoop Squad
Powers: has a suit with hands that expand to pulverize anything
He is the leader of the Hoop Squad.
Yao Ming a.k.a. Center Force
First Appearance: Hoop Squad
Powers: has a suit that has mechanical hands and extendable legs
A member of the Hoop Squad.
Tracy McGrady a.k.a. Spin Drive

Powers: has a suit that spins like a cyclone

nanites to try and take over the world. That plan was stopped by Static and the Hoop Squad.

This man was the person behind the Hoop Squad. He created their suits
and is their information source.
La Gata

This robot has the same brain as Andrews and is always finishing his sentences.
